Jordan Lerman received his degree in Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America and has worked in some of New York’s top restaurants, including Eleven Madison Park, Momofuku Ssam Bar, Maysville Restaurant and Bourbon Bar. As a native of Palm Beach County, Jordan returned to South Florida after his experience in New York to take on the role of Sous Chef at The Rebel House in Boca Raton, FL.

Stephanie received her degree in Baking & Pastry Culinary Arts from The Culinary Institute of America (CIA). While at the CIA, she completed an externship in pastry at the Boca Raton Resort in Florida. She has also worked in some of New York’s top restaurants and bakeries including Michelin Star Chef Daniel Boulud’s Daniel, Ai Fiori, and Dominique Ansel Bakery. Upon moving to South Florida, she became the Executive Pastry Chef for The Rebel House in Boca Raton, Florida.
